What is the Homestead Plan?

A monthly membership that keeps your home's whole exterior handled. Twelve focused visits a year, rotated through the calendar so the right thing happens in the right month. Driveway in January, gutters in April before the storms, the whole house soft washed in June, roof algae treated in October. You don't schedule any of it.

What's actually included?

Pressure washing on rotation, house and roof soft wash, roof algae treatment, gutter cleaning twice a year, exterior window cleaning, fence cleaning each spring, dryer vent cleaning, and a curb-appeal detail every visit. Every tier gets the identical rotation.

Is holiday lighting part of the plan?

No. Holiday lighting is a separate seasonal service, designed and installed and taken back down for you, quoted on its own. It's the one thing we do that sits outside the plan.

What if a service doesn't apply to my home?

Accepted Answer

The rotation flexes. No fence, no deck, no solar panels, whatever it is, that visit goes toward what your home actually needs instead. You don't lose the visit.

Do you do interior cleaning?

No. We're exterior only. Driveways, siding, roofs, gutters, fences, and exterior windows. We'd rather do that narrow list properly than dabble in everything.

How much does it cost?

The plan runs $149 a month for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, $179 up to 3,000, $249 up to 4,000, $349 up to 5,000, and $449 above that. One-time services start at $150. The plan finder gives you your exact number in about thirty seconds.

Why is it priced by home size and nothing else?

Because every plan gets the same year of care. There's no premium tier that adds extra services. A bigger house takes longer, so it costs more. That's the entire formula.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Nothing up front, no onboarding charge, no first-visit surcharge.

Is the plan cheaper than booking services one at a time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and not by a little. Every one-time booking carries its own trip charge, so the same rotation booked piece by piece passes the plan well before the year is out. The plan finder shows you the comparison for your home size.

When am I billed?

Plan members are billed monthly. One-time jobs are quoted first and paid when the work is finished. Nothing gets charged before you've approved a price.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. It's month to month. Cancel any time, no fee, no exit conversation required. We'd rather earn each month than trap you in a contract.

What if it rains on my visit?

We move it to the next clear day at no charge. We don't soft wash in the rain, it doesn't work. Your plan is a yearly rhythm, not a fixed date, so weather doesn't cost you a visit.

Do I need to be home?

No. We work outside. As long as we can reach the exterior and get water, you can be at work. You'll get photos when it's done.

Will I know when you're coming?

Yes. You'll know who's coming and roughly when, every month, before the visit.

How soon can you start?

Usually within a week of confirming your plan. One-time jobs depend on the week, and we'll tell you honestly rather than promise a date we can't hold.

Who actually shows up?

The same person every visit, not a different company each time. Whoever works on your home learns it, the corner where water pools, the gate that sticks, the dog at the window. That continuity is most of the value.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?

It would, which is why we don't use it there. Hardscape like driveways and patios gets calibrated pressure. Siding, brick, stucco, and roofs get a low-pressure soft wash that cleans chemically instead of by force. Using high pressure on a roof strips granules off the shingles.

What happens if I'm not happy with a visit?

Tell us and we come back and redo it at no charge. Every visit is documented with photos, so there's no argument about what was and wasn't done.

Yes. We're insured in Texas.

Do you use my water?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from an outdoor spigot, which is standard for exterior cleaning. If your spigots are shut off or unusable, tell us ahead of the visit and we'll plan around it.

Where do you work?

Fort Worth and the surrounding communities. Westover Hills, Aledo, Keller, Colleyville, Southlake, Benbrook, and Burleson. If you're nearby and not on that list, ask. The answer is often yes.
