Every service here is included in the Homestead Plan. Twelve visits a year for less than booking them piece by piece.
Pressure Washing
The workhorse of exterior care. We strip years of dirt, mildew, and red-clay stain off driveways, walkways, and patios, restoring the concrete you forgot was that color. Calibrated pressure for hardscape, never for surfaces that can't take it.
House Soft Wash
Siding, brick, and stucco need washing, not blasting. Our low-pressure soft wash lifts algae, grime, and cobwebs from the whole house, gently and thoroughly, with none of the damage high pressure can cause.
Roof Soft Wash
Those black streaks aren't dirt. They're algae feeding on your shingles. We treat and remove it with a no-pressure soft wash that clears the stains and slows their return, protecting the roof and extending its life.
Gutter Cleaning
Clogged gutters push water into your fascia, siding, and foundation. We clear every run by hand, flush the downspouts, and check the flow, done twice a year on the plan, before spring storms and after fall leaf drop.
Window Cleaning
Hard water and pollen turn Texas windows cloudy fast. We clean exterior glass, sills, and frames streak-free, so your views, and your natural light, come back.
Fence Cleaning
Wood and metal fences weather and grey in the Texas sun. We restore and brighten them, bringing back the finish that frames your whole yard, handled each spring as part of your plan.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
A lint-clogged vent means a slow dryer and a real fire risk. We clear the full run so your dryer breathes easier and your home stays safer.
