Square footage
The single biggest factor, and the only one that sets your plan tier.
Stories
A two or three-story elevation takes longer and needs different gear than a single story.
How long it's been
A driveway that hasn't been washed in six years is a different job than one done last spring.
Access
Steep roof pitch, locked gates, tight side yards, no spigot. All of it changes the time on site.
