Why this exists
The way it worked was broken.
Here's how exterior work normally goes. You notice the driveway. You mean to call someone. Four months later you finally do. You wait three days for a quote, book a visit, hope they show up, hope the work is decent. Then you forget about it for a year, and the whole cycle starts again with a different company who's never seen your house.
Meanwhile the gutters filled up, the north side went green, and the roof grew a black streak that's been quietly shortening the life of your shingles.
None of that is a surprise. Every house needs washing, gutters, and glass on a rhythm, forever. It's the most predictable work there is, so it's strange that it gets sold as a series of unrelated emergencies.
Homestead treats it as what it actually is. A standing arrangement. Twelve visits a year, rotated so the right thing happens in the right month, at one monthly price. You stop managing it. That's the entire product.

The same person every visit
Not a different company each time. Whoever works on your home learns it, and that continuity is most of what you're paying for.
A price before the work, not after
Fixed quotes, not ranges. Your plan rate is locked for the year. Nothing gets charged that you haven't already agreed to.
Photos every visit
You shouldn't have to be home to know what happened to your house. Every visit is documented, which also means there's never an argument about what got done.
If it's not right, we come back
Free, no fine print. It's easier to redo a job than to argue about one.
Where we are
We're new, and we'd rather say so.
Homestead is young. We're not going to pad this page with a number of homes served or a wall of five-star quotes, because we'd be making them up, and you'd have no way to check.
What we'll say instead is what we're accountable to. A fixed price agreed before anyone starts. Photos after every visit. The same person each time. And if a visit isn't right, we come back and redo it for free.
Those are the things you can hold us to from the first job. Everything else has to be earned, one house at a time.
