Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of homesteadhomeservices.com and the services provided by Homestead Home Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing a membership or service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.

We provide exterior home-care services in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas, including pressure washing, house and roof soft washing, gutter cleaning, exterior window cleaning, fence cleaning, and related services.

Services are available through our yearly membership plan (“the Homestead Plan”) or as individual one-time bookings. Seasonal offerings such as holiday lighting are provided separately from the Plan.

• ✦The Homestead Plan is a recurring monthly membership, priced by the size of your home.
• ✦We confirm your home details and your price before your first visit. Billing begins only after you approve your plan and provide payment information. There is no charge simply for requesting a quote.
• ✦Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. By starting a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
• ✦Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• ✦We may change our prices from time to time. If we do, we’ll give you advance notice, and any change will apply to future billing cycles, not the one you’re currently in.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.

Cancelling stops future monthly charges. Your membership remains active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and payments already made for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.

One-time services are quoted individually. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or completion, and one-time services carry no ongoing commitment.

Membership visits follow a regular seasonal schedule. Because our work is weather-dependent, visits may occasionally be rescheduled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We’ll move affected visits to the next suitable date at no additional charge.

We stand behind our work. If any part of a visit isn’t done to a proper standard, let us know and we’ll return and redo it at no additional charge. This make-it-right guarantee is our commitment to you and is the remedy we provide for concerns about service quality.

To help us serve you safely and effectively, you agree to:

• ✦Provide safe, reasonable access to your property and the exterior areas to be serviced.
• ✦Secure pets during scheduled visits.
• ✦Let us know in advance about any hazards, fragile items, delicate surfaces, or areas needing special care.
• ✦Ensure access to water and power where a service requires it.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions, or for issues arising from undisclosed hazards or fragile materials.

We document our visits with photographs for quality assurance and your records, and we may use before-and-after images of the work to showcase our services. We will not publish information that identifies your specific home or address for marketing purposes without your consent.

Homestead Home Services is insured in Texas.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, our services are provided “as is,” and we make no other warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
